Refund Policy

Deposit and Payment Policy

At Landmark Build Solutions LLC, we require a deposit before beginning any remodeling project. The deposit amount is specified in your Project Agreement and is typically 30-50% of the total project cost. This deposit secures your spot on our schedule and covers initial costs such as design work, permits, and material ordering. Deposits are generally non-refundable after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellation within 3 days of signing: Full refund of deposit, less any costs already incurred for permits, design work, or site visits.
• Cancellation after materials have been ordered: Deposit is non-refundable. You will receive credit for any returnable materials, less a 15% restocking fee. Custom-ordered or non-returnable materials are not refundable.
• Cancellation after work has begun: You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any materials ordered or installed. Any remaining deposit balance will be applied to this amount. No refunds will be issued for work already performed.

Cancellation by Landmark Build Solutions LLC

We reserve the right to cancel a project agreement under the following circumstances:

• Client fails to make timely payments as outlined in the Project Agreement.
• Client fails to provide necessary access, approvals, or information within reasonable timeframes.
• Unforeseen site conditions make the project impossible or unsafe to complete within the agreed scope.
• Material shortages or supply chain issues beyond our control significantly delay the project.

If we cancel a project due to circumstances beyond your control, we will refund any unused deposit balance and you will only be billed for work completed and materials installed up to the cancellation date.

Unsatisfactory Workmanship

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our workmanship:

• Please notify us in writing within 14 days of project completion or the date the issue was discovered.
• We will inspect the issue and determine if it falls under our workmanship warranty.
• If the issue is covered, we will remedy it at no additional cost to you.
• We do not offer cash refunds for workmanship issues — we will repair or replace the work to meet the agreed standards.

Material Defects

Manufacturer warranties on materials (cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, appliances, etc.) are passed through to the client. If a material is defective, we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our workmanship in installing the material. Refunds for defective materials are handled by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms, not by Landmark Build Solutions LLC.

Change Orders and Extra Work

Any additional work requested by the client outside the original scope will be documented in a change order and requires a separate deposit or payment. Change orders are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered for the change.

Free Estimates

Our initial consultations and estimates are provided free of charge. No payment is required for estimates. If you decide not to proceed with a project after receiving an estimate, there is no obligation and no refund is applicable since no payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss cancellation terms:

• Send a written refund request to contact@Landmarkbuildsolutions.land or by mail to the address below.
• Include your full name, project address, contract number (if applicable), and reason for the refund request.
• We will respond within 10 business days to review your request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

• Permit fees paid to local government agencies.
• Custom-ordered materials (special order colors, sizes, or specifications).
• Design and planning work already completed.
• Demolition and construction work already performed.
• Site visits and consultations after the initial free estimate.
